Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You have 3 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. 
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Refunds: 

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. 
  1. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within, 7-10 business days].

Exchanges: Only incase of damaged products the exchange is valid.
